Sangli: Pratiksha Bagadi of Sangli and Amruta Pujari enters in semifinal round of first Woman Maharashtra Kesari wrestling competition bout with defeating their rival women wrestler, which was held late last night at district sports complex here.
The first ever woman wrestling Maharashtra Kesari competition on base of men Maharashtra Kesari completion, organized by Maharashtra Kustigir Parishad. In this two days competition which inaugurate yesterday morning, tital 310 women wrestlers from 42 teams of the state participated. Semifinal round matches would be held in the morning session today while final in the evening today.
The winner of the title Maharashtra Kesari will honor with silver mess and a certificate.
