Imphal: Agriculture, Veterinary & Animal Husbandry and Tourism Minister, also the local MLA of Wangoi AC, Oinam Lukhoi Singh Sunday assured financial assistance of Rs. 200 every month for the widows (18 to 50 Years) of Wangoi Assembly Constituency, Imphal West.
This was announced by the Minister during his visit for distribution of Free Rice (50 kg) to all the families of Widows in his AC Sunday.
Minister Lukhoi expressed that the Government always works for the welfare of all people of Manipur with special attention to the poor and needy ones. During the interaction with the widows, Lukhoi highlighted various welfare schemes and projects taken up by the Government to uplift the lives of the people at all times.
Various infrastructural developments were also inspected by the Minister during the visit.
