Gangtok: Sikkim is all set to host Conference of Commonwealth Parliament Association, here.
The CPA, India Zone-3, Sikkim conference will be inaugurated by Speaker Lok Sabha Om Birla, on February’23 at SLA Secretariat.
Speakers of all the 8 North Eastern States will also be participating in the 19th Annual Conference.
The conference is scheduled to have valedictory session on 24th , followed by study tour of the delegates on 25th February.
‘Making Parliament and Assemblies accessible to citizens , drug abuse and Cyber bullying are on the main agenda,’ according to Secretary Sikkim Legislative Secretariat, Dr Gopal Dahal.
