Hyderabad: The regular train service of the Kacheguda – Yesvanpur – Kacheguda Vande Bharat Express will commence from Yesvantpur on Monday and from Kacheguda on the next day.
The inaugural Train service will be flagged-off virtually by Prime Minister Narendra Modi on Sunday.
This will be the first Vande Bharat Train connecting Telangana as well as Andhra Pradesh with Karnataka. Bookings have been opened for all classes of regular train service, a South Central Railway (SCR) release said on Saturday.
The train consist of 8 coaches (7 AC Chair Car coaches & 1 Executive Chair Car coaches) with the carrying capacity of 530 passengers. The train will be in service 6 days a week, except Wednesday.
Starting from Kachiguda at 0530 hours daily (except Wednesdays), the train will halt at Mahabubnagar (0659/0650 hours), Kurnool City (0825/0825 hours), Anantapur (1044/1045 hours) and Dharmavaram (1114/1115 hours) before reaching Yesvantpur at 1400 hours.
In the return direction, from Yesvantpur, the train will depart at 1445 hours, with stops at Dharmavaram (1659/1700 hours), Anantapur (1729/1730 hours), Kurnool City (1950/1951 hours), Mahbubnagar (2134/2135 hours), before arriving at Kachiguda at 2315 hours.
The AC Chair Car fare including catering charge from Kachegua to Yesvantpur is Rs 1600 and the Executive class fare is Rs 2915 . Similarly, AC Chair Car fare including catering charge from Yesvantpur to Kachehuda is Rs 1540 and the Executive class fare is Rs 2865.
The AC Chair Car fare without catering charge from Kacheguda to Yesvantpur is Rs 1255 and the Executive Class fare is Rs 2515. The AC Chair Car fare without catering charge from Yesvantpur to Kacheguda is Rs 1255 and the Executive class fare is Rs 2515.
