Imphal: A company from Manipur has bagged the prestigious award, Leading IT Governance Company held at the British Parliament, House of Commons, London which was organised by the Parliamentary Committee of UK and India and UK -Asian Business Group.
Haobam Joyremba, Managing Director and CEO of CubeTen Technologies Pvt. Ltd attended the event at the House of Commons, London to receive the award.
The award was handed over by Navendu Mishra, Member of Parliament of British Parliament. The award was conferred as a mark of achievement in terms of activities taken up for implementation of good governance relating to IT in the society and other initiatives taken up under social initiatives cause including training, internships, innovation, digital learning and campaign, healthcare, tourism etc.
The event at the London Parliament was attended by distinguished guests, Members of Parliament from both UK and India, members from the House of Lords.
Amongst the Member of Parliament from India were Salman Khurshid, Mrs. Mohua Moitra, Sitaram Yechuri, Tejaswi Yadav and Manoj Kumar Jha.
The event was also attended by Pradyot Bikram Manikya Deb Barma, the titular King of Tripura.
The event was also attended by Lord Raj Loomba, House of Lords. The award was selected from around 7000 entries from India and other Asian Countries.
At the end of the function Haobam Joyremba also presented lengyan to distinguished guests Salman Khurshid, Pradutya Debbarma and many other delegates.
Pradutya appreciated Joyremba and felt proud that a person from North East of India has received this prestigious honour.
