Imphal: Governor of Manipur, Anusuiya Uikey expressed deep shock on learning the killing of SDPO, Moreh, Ch. Anand Singh, on October 31, 2023, at Moreh town by some unknown armed miscreants.
Governor Uikey conveyed her heartfelt condolences to the members of the bereaved family and also prayed that “the Almighty gives the bereaved family members strength and courage to bear this irreparable loss and may his soul rest in peace”.
