Panaji: Goa reported 1314 new cases of Covid 19 and 43 deaths during the last 24 hours.
According to daily bulletin issued by Directorate of Health Services (DHS), with the new cases, number of total confirmed cases in the state increased to 1,35,856 while number of total deaths shot up to 2099.
There were 3793 recoveries during the last 24 hours which took the number of total recoveries in the state to 1,05,505.
Recovery rate in the state improved to 77.66 per cent.
On Sunday, 1200 new patients were sent for home isolation, 210 were admitted to hospitals while 149 were discharged.
As many as 3877 new samples were tested on Sunday taking the number of total samples tested so far to 7,57,148.
The number of active cases in the state decreased to 28,252.
