Gangtok: Sikkim recorded 216 new Covid cases on Sunday, a sharp drop of around 37 percent over the figure a day ago.
On Saturday, the tiny Himalayan state had registered 344 cases.
Health authorities said the number of active cases was 2348. With one fresh death, the overall number of fatalities in the state has gone up to 422.Â
