Imphal: In the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm of Tuesday, one persons from the general population tested positive. During the same period, there were no recoveries and no Covid-related death in the state, as per an official release from the Health Department.
The lone person persons who tested positive is from Imphal West. Altogether, 64 persons were tested amounting to a positivity rate of 1.6 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 39, 870. Eight persons recovered on Tuesday, leaving 21 positive cases.
As on October 24, 2022, 400 persons were vaccinated, bringing the total number of vaccination to 32,52,973 (1st dose 16,47,151, 2nd dose 13,32,691 and precautionary dose 2,73,131).
