New Delhi: Senior Congress leader M Veerappa Moily has been selected for the Sahitya Academy award for memoirs in the Kannada language, the literary body said on Friday.
Poet Anamika has been selected for a collection of poetry in the Hindi language.
The Academy on Friday announced winners of its annual awards to be given in 20 languages.
This time the awards have been given for seven poetry collections, four novels, five story collections, two plays, one edition, and one epic.
