Imphal: A Self Style Captain of the banned militant outfit RPF/PLA was nabbed by Manipur Police on Friday at Khewa Phurju Leikai Imphal East.
Police identified the person as Lanbilung Kamei.
He was allegedly looking after minority affairs and fund management of the organization, police added.
He was handed over to Sagolmang PS for taking up necessary legal action.
