Imphal: Manipur’s Imphal district experienced an explosive device blast at Hapta Kangjeibung on Saturday morning.
Bollywood actor Sunny Leone is scheduled to appear in a fashion show near the site of the explosion on Sunday.
Manipur police personnel rushed in and started a probe.
There was no damage and police suspected that the bomb might have been lobbed by some persons.
Meanwhile, sources said the Imphal district magistrate has announced banning of all kinds of events due to the current law and order situation.
