He said the BJP is getting more or less the same number of seats in the first two phases of the Uttar Pradesh elections as it had won in the last assembly elections, according to the estimates of poll analysts and survey agencies.

“The Bharatiya Janata Party does what it says. PM Narendra Modi is running the country and CM Yogi Adityanath is running the state very well. Now people have started feeling that the governance of Bharatiya Janata Party is the best,” he claimed.

Defence Minister, while narrating about the difference between the tenure of the BJP and Congress governments said that Congress leader Rahul Gandhi says that China and Pakistan became friends after Narendra Modi became the Prime Minister of India. “

The Congress leader may not have studied the history of ancient India, he should at least study the history of modern India. Jawaharlal Nehru was the Prime Minister when Pakistan handed over the illegally occupied area of Shaksgam Valley to China. Indira Gandhi was the Prime Minister when the Karakoram Highway was built in Pakistan-occupied Kashmir. Manmohan Singh, not Modi, was the prime minister when construction began on the China Pakistan Economic Corridor (CPEC),” he said.

He said that it is sad to see Congress leader Rahul Gandhi saying in Parliament that a large number of Indian soldiers and only three-four Chinese soldiers were killed in the Galwan conflict.

“Despite being Defence Minister, I didn’t reply because PM said let people speak, but we know the reality. Soon after Rahul Gandhi made this statement in Parliament, an Australian investigative journalist reported that 38-50 Chinese soldiers were killed in the Galwan skirmish,” he claimed.

Defence Minister Rajnath Singh said that today other countries are looking towards India. “India is now discussed on the global stage. That is why I say that politics should not be done with the honor of the country. You have also seen the rule of Samajwadi, Bahujan Samaj Party and BJP.” Mr Singh said that law and order is being appreciated in the state. He said that PM Narendra Modi is a true socialist. “What is socialism? Learn from Modi ji. When our government was formed in 2017, what was the condition of the economy then, but now the state economy has risen to Rs 11 lakh crore after five years,” he added. Rajnath Singh addressed three election public meetings in Gonda’s Karnailganj, Tarabganj and Mankapur assembly constituencies.
