Guwahati: The two IndiGo flights, New Delhi – Dibrugarh flight no. 6E 2031 and Guwahati – Dibrugarh flight no. 6E 2652, were forced to circle mid-air for more than 15 minutes before being diverted to Agartala.

This incident occurred due to the challenging visibility conditions at Mohanbari airport in Dibrugarh. Moreover, this is not the first time such diversions have happened.

Previously, on July 13, a scheduled IndiGo flight 6E 2031 from Delhi to Dibrugarh and the Chennai-Guwahati-Dibrugarh flight 6E 2652 had to be diverted to Guwahati for similar reasons – poor visibility conditions at the Dibrugarh airport.
