Arvind Kejriwal arrives in UP to appear before a court in Sultanpur and visit Ayodhya

Delhi CM will appear before a court in Sultanpur in connection with the violation of the election code during a public rally in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. The case is against Kejriwal and Kumar Viswas along with others.

Lucknow: Delhi Chief Minister Arvind Kejriwal reached Lucknow airport at 0820 hrs here on Monday and immediately left for Sultanpur.

Delhi CM will appear before a court in Sultanpur in connection with the violation of the election code during a public rally in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections. The case is against Kejriwal and Kumar Viswas along with others.

In the 2014 LS polls, Kejriwal had contested against Prime Minister Narendra Modi from Varanasi.

Later in the evening, Kejriwal will reach Ayodhya to attend Saryu Aarti.

On Tuesday he will pray at Hanumangarhi and Ramlalla temples and then address a press conference in Ayodhya.
