Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Covid-19 tally rose to 19,634 with the detection of 222 new positive cases in the last 24 hours.
Out of the fresh cases of infections, Itanagar Capital Complex reported the highest at 62, followed by Lower Dibang Valley at 26 and Namsai 19, as per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services.
Barring 76, all the patients are asymptomatic.
On the other hand, 140 patients were discharged following their recovery from the virus, taking the total recoveries to 17,717. The recovery rate is over 90 per cent.
Active cases stood at 1,858. Death toll at 59.
