Arunachal reports 168 new Covid-19 positive cases

As per the bulletin, barring 36, all the patients are asymptomatic.

Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh continued to witness a spike in Covid-19 cases with the detection of 168 fresh infections in the last 24 hours, taking the tally to 17,775.

On the other hand, 25 patients were discharged, taking the total recoveries to 16,993. The recovery rate is over 95 per cent. Active cases stood at 724. Fifty-eight fatalities recorded so far.

According to the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services (DHS) , out of the new Covid-19 cases, highest were reported from Lower Dibang Valley at 46, followed by Itanagar Capital Complex (ICC) 44, Pakke Kessang and Papum Pare 11 each.

As per the bulletin, barring 36, all the patients are asymptomatic.
