Port Blair: The District Magistrate of South Andaman has ordered all tourist spots to remain closed for tourism activities immediately.
Among other measures taken to contain the spread of the COVID-19 virus, all Social, Political, Sports, Entertainment, Academic, Cultural, Religious and Festivals related and other gatherings and congregations have been prohibited.
All religious places/ places of worship have also been ordered to close for public worship. Further religious congregations/gatherings are now strictly prohibited.
