Imphal: With just one positive case, seven recoveries and no report of any death in the last 24 hours leading up to 5 pm of Friday in Manipur, the ever-improving Covid-19 situation continues, per an official release from the Covid-19 Common Control Room.
The one person who tested positive Friday is a male resident of Ukhrul and the seven recoveries are include three from RIMS, and two each from home isolation and SHRI.
The cumulative number of positive cases is 29,310 (General Population — 25,876 and Central Security Personnel — 3,434). The cumulative number of recovered cases is 28,907 (General Population — 25,478and CAPF— 3,429). The number of active cases is 30 (general population 29 and CAPF 1). The recovery rate is 98.62%
As per the latest information, the number of people vaccinated on March 11, is 810 and the cumulative vaccination number is 74320, the release added.
The total number of health care workers who have been vaccinated is 30614 which include the Directors of RIMS and JNIMS, CMOs, DFWOs DIOs of districts, chairman cum managing directors of Shija Hospital and Babina Diagnostics’.
There are no severe reactions/allergies, adverse events following immunization till date. There were 47 mild reactions who were on home care and all of them have now fully recovered.
