Imphal: A team of Shri Govindajee Dhup Arti Marup Shri led by its Secretary Laipubam Ibochouba Sharma along with six members called on the Governor of Manipur, Anusuiya Uikey at Raj Bhavan Friday evening.
The team apprised the Governor about the development works required in Anu Maha Prabhu complex at Nabadwip in West Bengal.
They informed the Governor about the importance of the pilgrim site where hundreds of pilgrims from Manipur visit there annually and the inconveniences faced by them during their visit. They requested the Governor to extend assistance during the annual pilgrimage.
The Governor assured them to extend all possible assistance in the best interest of the pilgrims from Manipur.
