Gangtok: Sikkim Legislative Assembly session has been scheduled for April 29.
“In the meantime, prohibitory orders have been issued by the District Magistrate to maintain sanctity and decorum of the House and in the vicinity prohibitory orders are in place. There are sufficient grounds for imposing 144 Cr Pc (1973),” said District Collector,Tushar G Nikhare.
The two Bills introduced in the last session on 13th March 23, will be taken up for discussion and voting by the House,including Sikkim Fire and Emergency Services Bill ,2023 and Sikkim Lokayukta (Amendment )Bill ’23.
