Manipur logs seven positive cases, three recoveries

 Imphal: Manipur reported seven new positive cases as against three recoveries and no Covid-related deaths in the last 24 hours leading upto 5 pm of Monday, as per an official release from the Health Department.

Of the seven persons who tested positive from the general population, three of them are from Imphal West, two from Imphal East and one each from Kakching and Bishnupur.  A total of 350 persons were tested amounting to a positivity rate of 2.0 %

Meanwhile, three persons recovered and were discharged, one them from CCCs and two from home isolation. The recovery rate in the state now stands at 98.42 %

The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 37, 126 out of which 1, 34, 961 have recovered leaving 45 active cases.

The total number of doses administered on April 3, is 190, the cumulative number of doses administered is 27,92,007 (1st dose 15,42, 043, 2nd dose 11,83, 571) and precautionary dose 66,393.
