Likening these exams to bridges that are laid for them to cross, he called on the students to “let go of stress and cross it with the calmness of thought and fairness of action”. “Make it an experience to learn from, for life will throw you many more steps and bridges to cross’, he added.

To the parents, teachers and guardians, CM Biren urged not only to motivate and guide the students so that “they can meet the challenges with confidence but also to get up and walk with greater learning and resolve if they do fail”.

Calling on the parents to be patient as these students face their first big test, CM Biren said the important thing is to “teach them to overcome fear at every step of their lives”.
