Imphal: In the last 24 hours leading up to 2 pm of Saturday, Manipur did not report any Covid related death. During the same period, the state logged 14 new positive cases while 20 persons recovered and were discharged, as per an official release from the Health Department.
Of the 14 persons from the general population who tested positive, four are from Senapati, two each from Imphal West, Imphal East and Kamjong and one each from Churachandpur and Ulhrul.
A total of 1,104 persons were tested amounting to a positivity rate of 1.3 %
Meanwhile, 20 persons recovered and were discharged, 10 of them from home isolation, five from Rims, four from CCCs and one from JINIMS.
The recovery rate of the state stands at 98.39 %.
The cumulative number of positive cases in the state now stands at 1, 36, 976 out of which 1, 34, 767 have recovered leaving 93 active cases.
The total number of doses administered on March 11, is 4,104, the cumulative number of doses administered is 27,47,740(1st dose 15,21, 590, 2nd dose 11,63, 358) and precautionary dose 62,441.
