The internationally acclaimed innovator surrendered before the Court of Chief Judicial Magistrate of Lakhimpur in Assam.

The court sent Bharali to 14-day judicial custody.

Bharali was booked under the POCSO (Protection of Children from Sexual Offences) Act for allegedly molesting a minor while she was under his foster care.
