Covid-19: 19 Sikkim logs 226 cases in 24 hrs

Gangtok: Sikkim recorded 226 new Corona positive cases in the past 24 hours taking the tally to 22,623, the Health Department said on Wednesday.

Currently, the state houses 2,281 active cases, Information, Education and Communication Officer, Health Department Sonam Bhutia said.

So far, 19,767 people have been discharged on recovery, he added.

As no further deaths were registered in the past 24 hours, the total death figure remained at 317, the officer said.
