Tengnoupal: In a dedicated effort to encourage sustainable health practices and holistic well-being, Assam Rifles organised an interactive awareness programme on the occasion of the 11th Ayurveda Day at Moreh, Tengnoupal District. Ayurveda Day is observed annually to promote preventive healthcare and serves as a vital reminder of the timeless relevance of traditional wellness systems in modern living.
The event witnessed active engagement from 10 local families, providing a meaningful platform to deepen their understanding of traditional medicine. During the session, participants were educated on the extensive uses and benefits of Ayurveda, with a special emphasis on adopting healthy habits, preventive healthcare measures and balanced daily routines. The initiative highlighted the importance of integrating appropriate natural health practices into everyday schedules while remaining conscious of individual wellness needs.
