Jamshedpur: A woman committed suicide in her flat located at Sahara City located under Maango Police Station area in the East Singhbhum district.
The deceased has been identified as Neetu Singh (45). Before committing suicide the woman left behind a six page suicide note on the spot. The incident came to notice on Tuesday morning when her maid came to work.
As the woman did not open the door the maid called up neighbours who forced upon the door and found the woman hanging after which police was alerted.
Police said that the deceased was the wife of JK Singh who is a deputy commandent in the BSF and is posted in Punjab.
Officer incharge of Maango Police Station area Vinay Kumar said that as per suicide note she had committed suicide as she was having a feud with her husband and the duo had filed for divorce.
Further the woman was under depression as her husband had taken both the daughters with him to Punjab.
