Patna: Vice President M Venkaiah Naidu left for New Delhi this evening after winding up his two-day visit to Bihar.
Bihar Governor Fagu Chauhan, Chief Minister Nitish Kumar, Chairman of Bihar Legislative Council Awadhesh Narain Singh, Education Minister Vijay Kumar Chaudhary and several other dignitaries were present at the airport to see off the Vice President. Naidu left for New Delhi after arriving from Rajgir where he had addressed the Dhamma conference organised by Nalanda University.
Earlier during the day, Naidu had participated in the second convocation of Rajendra Prasad Central Agriculture University and awarded degrees to students at Piprakothi in East Champaran district. He had also inaugurated the new building of Deen Dayal Upadhyay Horticulture there.
