Kyiv: Ukraine’s young generation is exhibiting their art and talent on the street to raise funds for supporting their nation amid the ongoing conflict.
Anton Gerashchenko, Advisor to the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine, shared pictures of a 10-year-old Kyiv checkers champion in Ukraine playing on the street of the capital city to raise funds for the nation’s Armed Forces.
He said, “Kyiv checkers champion, 10-year-old Andriy Dyachenko, is raising funds for the Armed Forces of Ukraine by playing checkers on the streets of Kyiv. He was inspired by the example of Valeria, a 10-year-old world champion in checkers, who did exactly the same. Thank you, kids!”
In another post, he tweeted, “Lukian from Ukraine plays his violin in the center of Krakow, Poland to raise money and buy vehicles for the Ukrainian Army.”
“Our young generation continues to inspire,” Gerashchenko added.
