Imphal: Governor La Ganesan led the people of Manipur in offering tribute to the Father of the nation Mahatma Gandhi on Monday.
A wreath-laying ceremony at the statue of Mahatma Gandhi was held at GM hall. Ministers, MLAs also attended the function.
