2 pm: Security footage shows Russian military vehicles crossing into Ukraine from Russian-annexed Crimea
2.25 pm: Kyiv says anyone who can hold a weapon can join territorial defence forces.
2.30 pm: Sirens are heard around towns in Ukraine as people are seen running, students in Ternopil Medical University, Ukraine told UNI.
