Siaha observes International Women’s Day

Siaha: One Stop Centre, Siaha organised observance of International Women’s Day programme at DCPU Conference Hall, here at Siaha, Monday.
Omelda C Zomuanzuali, Centre Administrator, OSC  presided over the programme  and Lalhmingi, CDPO  was the chief guest.
F Lalthlamuanpuii, caseworker, OSC  offered devotional prayer and Bible reading. Leaders of Women’s Organization such as M ch P, MHIP, LWA  and Woman welfare undertakings such as Mahila Shakti Kendra, Swadhar Greh and MJA members attended the programme.
Chief guest Lalhmingi, CDPO and Dr David Zaitinvawra, DCPO delivered a speech on Women issues. Nl Ngopapaw, Advocate delivered lectures on Woman’s Right and B Zisia, Women Welfare Officer MSK  delivered speeches on various schemes for woman’s welfare presently avaible at Siaha district.  The discussion session was also held right after the lectures session.
