Patna: Senior RJD leader Shivanand Tiwari suggested Bihar Chief Minister Nitish Kumar open an Ashram leaving the post of CM for RJD leader Tejaswi Prasad Yadav in 2025.
Tiwari, who shared cosy political association with Nitish Kumar in the early days, reminded his old friend Nitish Kumar about their plan to open an ashram after getting old. While addressing the meeting of the RJD state council on Wednesday Tiwari said: “long ago I and Nitish Kumar used to plan to open an ashram after we get old where we will train the workers, hence I am reminding Nitish Kumar to open the ashram and make Tejaswi Yadav the chief minister in 2025. After that, I will also join you ( Nitish) in the ashram and train the political workers there.”
The meeting was attended by RJD Supremo Lalu Prasad Yadav l, Deputy Chief Minister Tejasvi Prasad Yadav, and other senior leaders of the party.
