Self-registration for Corona jab begins in Sikkim

Gangtok: Sikkim in its fourth phase of vaccination for those between the age of 18 to 45 has started the registration process from Wednesday for getting Corona Jab starting 1st May’ 21.
Chief Minister PS Tamang has also appealed to the public to cooperate and get vaccinated and also follow the directions on safety measures issued by Govt. “We will win the battle against Corona,” said CM Tamang.
‘Until we go out of the house to bring Corona, it does not come,’ said CM, impressing upon the public to stay home, not to go out unless required, wear masks, wash hands and maintain social distance.
‘The second wave going on presently is riskier than the first one. Youth and Kids have been endangered. It has an accelerated spreading speed also. Experts say in the future situation would worsen,’ added CM assuring the public about the well prepared Health Department of Govt of Sikkim.
