Tengnoupal: Zonal Education Office, Tengnoupal under the supervision of the District Administration, Tengnoupal organized various student competitions, including Painting, Essay writing and Elocution, at two schools in Tengnoupal district today as part of the ongoing Seva Sankalp Abhiyan 2026, providing students a platform to express their ideas, creativity and aspirations for a developed Manipur.
At Tengnoupal Government High School, Painting, Essay writing and Elocution competitions were conducted while Bethel High School, Moreh hosted Painting and Essay writing competitions on the theme “My Vision of Viksit Manipur”,
Organised under the “India of Dreams (Art Seva)” programme, the activities were organized in various schools across the district in order to encourage students to express their ideas and aspirations for the development of Manipur and its contribution to Viksit Bharat.
In today’s competition 218 students participated in Tengnoupal High School and 186 students were participated in Bethel High School, Moreh.
According to the scheduled programme of ZEO Tengnoupal, another component, the National Innovation Challenge, scheduled from October 1 to 14, will encourage students to develop innovative ideas and projects addressing local challenges, including Loktak ecology and conservation, waste management, flood mitigation.
The action plan also includes “Rangoli Rashtra,” which promotes the use of traditional Manipuri motifs, indigenous patterns, textile geometry and the Tricolour in rangoli-making, with a focus on Viksit Bharat and Viksit Manipur.
