Moscow: Russia has warned that it will hit Kyiv with more missiles if Ukraine attacks Russian territory.
This warning by Russia followed it’s claims of a missile strike on a military factory near Kyiv. Russian Defence ministry claimed that it targeted Ukraine’s Vizar military facility that was producing and repairing anti-aircraft and anti-ship missile systems.
Moscow said this attack was carried out in response to a Ukrainian helicopter attack on a Russian village.
Russian Defence ministry spokesman Igor Konashenkov was quoted as saying that the number and scale of missile strikes on Kyiv will increase in response to the commission of any attacks or sabotage on Russian territory by Ukraine.
On Thursday Russian government accused Ukraine of sending helicopters into Russia’s Bryansk region and bombing a residential building that left eight people injured. Ukraine has denied such an attack and accused Russia of staging the incident.Â
