Meanwhile, a shipment of Starlink terminals, which allow internet users to access satellite-based internet from SpaceX, have arrived in Ukraine. Ukraine’s vice-prime minister, Mykhailo Fedorov, who is also Ukraine’s minister of digital transformation, thanked the SpaceX founder Elon Musk for the shipment. “Starlink — here. Thanks, @elonmusk”, tweeted the Vice-Prime Minister. “You are most welcome,” Musk tweeted back.

The shipment comes after the Ukrainian leader requested the devices to circumvent internet outages in Ukraine. SpaceX hopes to eventually deploy thousands of the satellites into low-earth orbit, to allow people in remote or isolated places to access the internet, as reported by BBC.
