Rajinikanth praises Naidu for his vision 2020

Vijayawada : Tamil Superstar Rajinikanth has lauded Telugu Desam party national president and former Chief Minister N Chandrababu Naidu for his vision 2020 which helped for the development of Hyderabad city.
Rajinikanth participated in a programme organised on the occasion of the birth centenary of TDP founder and former Chief Minister late N T Rama Rao here on Friday.
Addressing a huge gathering on the occasion, Rajinikath said he wants to speak politics for Naidu. “Chandrababu Naidu is a known visionary and known to many leaders in the country. Naidu announced the policy of Vision 2020 way back in 1996 and made Hyderabad the hub for the software industry. Naidu is a visionary and senior politicians know about Naidu,” Rajinikath said.
When he visited Hyderabad, he wondered whether it was India or New York, he said, and attributed the progress of Hyderabad to Naidu. Rajinikanth lauded Naidu stating that he always dreamt of people and the state wherever he is and whatever he is. He said that the country needed leaders like Chandrababu Naidu.
“Though he is the opposition, Chandrababu Naidu is now thinking of Vision 2047 to develop Andhra Pradesh as the number one state in the country,” Rajinikanth said amid thunderous applause from people. He said that he invokes god to bestow Chandrababu Naidu an opportunity to serve the people of AP once again and fulfil his dreams of Vision 2047.
The superstar said he had seen Hyderabad over the years and had witnessed its transformation from a small city to one of the best cities in the country and a global destination. Rajinikanth also underlined the need of leaders like Naidu to states like Andhra Pradesh and hoped that people would realise it and give him an opportunity to serve them. Rajinikanth said that his knowledge increases when he speaks with Naidu.
Rajinikanth recalled his association with NT Rama Rao. Chandrababu Naidu and popular Telugu film actor and MLA N Balakrishna also spoke.
