Imphal: The Returning Officer of Imphal West district informed that all the Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs) who are staying outside the Relief Camps in their friends/relatives within the jurisdiction of the district and are intending to vote in the forthcoming Lok Sabha election to submit the duly filled in ID Form by April 9.
The notification further directed that those IDPs for the Inner must submit their ID Form to the Assistant Returning officer, 1-Inner PC Room No. F-3, Ground Floor, DC Office, Imphal West.
Whereas for the Outer, they (voters) must submit their Form at the Assistant Returning Officer, 2-Outer PC Room No. B-14, First Floor, DC office, Imphal West.
The following are the Special Polling Stations identified to enable all eligible voters who are staying in the relief camps as well as staying with relatives/friends within the jurisdiction of Imphal West District.
For 1-Inner Manipur Parliamentary Constituency: Security building (near Main Gate), Manipur Trade and Expo Centre Complex, Lamboikhongnangkhong; Khuyathong Community Hall-I, Khuyathong andRoom No. 10, Ground Floor of Office of the Sub-Divisional Officer, Wangoi.
For 2-Outer Manipur Parliamentary Constituency: Recent Higher Secondary School, Sagoltonba; Relief Camp Anganwadi Centre, Manipur Trade and Expo Centre Complex, Lamboikhongnagkhong; Khuyathong Community Hall-ll, Khuyathong; Laphupat Tera High School (Aided), Laphupat Tera and Kamakhya Pemton College, Western Block. Hiyangthang.
