Imphal: A person allegedly a cadre of PLA was nabbed by a combined team of Imphal East Police and 4 Assam Rifles on Sunday at Moirangpurel Phuramakhong, Imphal East.
Police said the person had joined RPF/PLA in 2001.
He was later handed over to Thoubal Dam Police Station, Imphal East District for taking up further necessary legal action.
