Imphal: Mantripukhri Battalion and Manipur Police apprehended a militant allegedly a cadre of PLA from Seijang in Ukhrul district on Monday.
Based on specific input, troops of Assam Rifles and Manipur Police launched an operation which led to the apprehension, police on Tuesday said.
The apprehended insurgent was handed over to Yaingangpokpi Police Station for further investigation, AR official said
