Imphal: A cadre of PLA was nabbed by Manipur Police and Assam Rifles personnel at Chandrakhong, Thoubal district on December 1.
Assam Rifles official Wednesday said Keithelmanbi Battalion and Manipur Police apprehended the cadre after launching a joint operation.
He was handed over to Nongpok Sekmai Police Station for further investigation.
