Itanagar: Arunachal Pradesh Covid-19 tally rose to 16,841 with detection of a fresh case of infection in the last 24 hours.
As per the bulletin issued by the state Directorate of Health Services, the new case was reported from Papum Pare and is symptomatic.
With this, active cases in the state rose to two.
According to the bulletin, the recovery tally continued to remain at 16,783 as no patient was discharged in the last 24 hours. The recovery rate is 99.65 percent.
Death toll stood at 56.
