Kohima: After a long interval of inter-factional clash in Nagaland, one cadre of the Niki-led NSCN (K) was killed in an inter-factional clash with GPRN/NSCN cadres in the wee hours yesterday near GPRN/NSCN Khehoi designated camp under Dimapur district of Nagaland.
According to official sources, the victim was identified as one Atoka Kinny of Aichisaghe, an additional secretary, central secretariat of the Niki-led NSCN (K).
Some reported altercation with the GPRN/NSCN cadres resulted in the opening of firing in which the Niki led NSCN (K) cadre was killed.
On receiving the information police arrived at the spot and recovered the dead body.
After completing all legal formalities, the body of the victim was handed over to the family members and a suo moto case has been registered at Nuiland Police Station under Dimapur district.
