Thoubal: In connection with Martyr Day Observation, a one-day voluntary blood donation awareness and donation camp was held Monday at District Hospital Thoubal.
It was jointly organised by Nehru Yuva Kendra Thoubal, YEDS Moijing, and the Association of Voluntary Blood Donors Thoubal Branch in collaboration with the Blood Center and Transfusion Unit, District Hospital Thoubal.
A total of 16 donors, including four females and 12 males, donated blood.
Deputy Commissioner Thoubal, A. Subhash Singh, IAS, visited the camp and handed over certificates to the blood donors. He thanked the donors for their humanitarian activities.
