Imphal: A team of Thoubal police commandos arrested one person for impersonating himself as a member of KCP (Lamyanba Khuman) from Tekcham Heiningsoi on last Monday.
The individual has been identified as Waikhom Jacob Mangang, 21, son of W Chand alias Sanajaoba Mangang of Tekcham Laibung Leikai. The police party also seized one Honda Activa bearing registration number MN 01 V 9889 from his possession.
The arrested person along with the seized vehicle was handed over to Khongjom Police Station for further legal action and a case has been registered at the same police station, as per a press note from the PRO, Manipiur Police, W Basu.
