Kiev: Ukrainian authorities said on Sunday that Russian troops have blown up gas pipeline in Kharkiv.

Russian troops blew up a natural gas pipeline in the Ukrainian city of Kharkiv, Ukraine’s state service of special communications and information protection said.

A videos showing a mushroom-shaped explosion was released in this regard. However, it was not immediately clear whether this will disrupt gas supplies outside of the city or the country, because Ukraine has continued to ship Russian natural gas to Europe, despite the ongoing war.

Meanwhile a town near capital Kyiv was hit by missiles which set an oil terminal on fire.

The town of Vasylkiv southwest of the capital, Kyiv, was hit by Russian missile setting an oil terminal ablaze, the town’s mayor said in a video posted online.
