Noney: The observance of Road Safety Month 2024 kicked off at Noney on Monday under the theme “Sadak Suraksha Jeevan Raksha.”
The event was organised by District Administration Noney in association with Noney Police and NHIDCL.
On day one of the event, Road Safety Day was observed at Charoi Chagotlong High School Nungba, NSCBAV School Rengpang and Tengkonjang Higher Secondary School, Noney. Noney district police also carried out road safety awareness drives at different locations of the district.
During day two of the event, bike rally campaigns were held on Tuesday apart from other public welfare and environment protection activities. The event was a two-day affair being held on the 12th and 13th of this month.
