Aizawl: With an initiative of smart water solution system Aspirational District Mamit gets a new online water bill payment system which was launched and inaugurated by the DC Mamit District, Dr. Lalrozama on Friday.
The new system will cater to Mamit town and two villages namely Dampui and Ropuichhip estimated to cover 1696 House Water Connections.
The Online bill payment can be made through the dept. website https://phedmizoram.in/billpayment.php and various mobile app payment UPIs such as BHIM, G-Pay, PayTM, YONO, etc.
The launching programme was chaired by Sr. EE PHED Mamit Watsan Division, Lalzawmliana, SDO PHED. V. Laldanmawia presented a technical report while AO PHED of the division, F Lalengtluanga gave the vote of thanks.
